@wmata Have been on metro from Southern Ave, twice to Dupont Circle and once to Tacoma over the past 4-6 weeks…. Why are there so many people not wearing masks?!? Having to ride out of necessity, but seriously with delta out there!?!?! Why aren’t masks being enforced?

@Lonnie34072303 @pcorazon72 @DOES_DC Was also told to apply for EB, and the reps seemed to not know that the 11 week PEUC was tweeted, put on Facebook and that there is an update on DOES website stating that they are working on system update to reflect the 11 week extension. So frustrating!!!

@Lonnie34072303 @pcorazon72 @DOES_DC I called a couple of times today to get answer. Two different reps, the second put my application in for EB without my consent. Going to try the email one of the reps to try to get back on PEUC, but I think it will be an uphill battle!!
