@YourStoryCo @makemytrip @deepkalra @SharmaShradha Completely understand. However, expect u 2 ensure customer doesn’t suffer. My travel was planned during lockdown & was cancelled. MMT is deducting 40% from adv. Hv written to Rajesh 4 times with not even an acknowledgement recd. Expect some1 to be concerned abt customers as well.
