2.) They have no customer care number, only a chat system that rarely arranges callbacks. When they do, they just repeat, 'Will update in 48 hours.' I've been hearing this for too long, and will escalate to the consumer forum if not resolved soon. @Pepperfry

2.) One iPhone 14 was not even placed @Flipkartsupport @Flipkart and my money got deducted. They are not initiating any refund. 3.) VIP membership is another scam, they didn’t deliver the gift hampers as well. Total waste of money. @consumerforum_

Be aware! @Flipkart @Flipkartsupport their big billion day is a big scam. Better to buy products from @amazon, they are not scammers. 1.) My iPhone14 is sitting at nearby delivery hub, no one is calling me and I keep getting an SMS “Delivery failed, we will reattempt tomorrow”.
