@Lenovo_in #boycottlenovo Worst customer service. Zero considerations for the pandemic situation. Apple has extended warranty by 8 months! Lenovo staff clearly said 'NO CONSIDERATION' after keeping my laptop for 5 months with him!!! It's a joke. Buy Dell or Mac!

@Lenovo_in @UrServiceBlows #boycottlenovo I have an amazing update for everyone reading this. Lenovo said that due to COVID, they took 4+ months to find the issue in my laptop but as a customer I cannot be impacted by COVID - no consideration for me. WOW!

@YatraOfficial It is unfair to not refund the convenience fee. It makes no sense for me lose such a big amount - total convenience fee for multiple international flights is a lot of money! When I have been unable to avail your service, then for what am I being charged a fee?!
