@DollarCostAvg Narratives can easily beat bad financials. It all depends on how powerful the narrative,the story, the virality,the hype,the popularity and the catalysts are.. I guess Iren has that kind of power. Few catalyst in the short term will fuel the second round of the rally.

FOMO (fear of missing out) is one of the strongest emotional pressures in trading, and it creates a chain reaction of bad decisions. It makes everything feel urgent—like you have to act right now or you’ll miss the big move. But that urgency is almost always an illusion. A big part of FOMO comes from the belief that you must “get in early,” especially near the lows. Traders see a stock bounce and think, “If I don’t buy now, I’ll miss it.” But getting in early is just another form of FOMO. At the lows, there’s no trend, no structure, no confirmation—just hope. And hope is not an edge. Most early entries fail because the bounce is just short-covering, the trend is still down, support hasn’t formed, and there’s nowhere to define risk. You’re trading noise, not structure. Momentum doesn’t happen in one day. Real momentum takes time to build. The strongest swing-trading opportunities come from second legs, continuation patterns, higher lows, and clean breakouts—not the first spike off the bottom. That’s where the real edge is. FOMO blinds traders to this. It pushes you to chase the first move, even though the best setups usually come after the stock has already proven itself. In simple terms: FOMO makes you want the bottom, but successful swing traders want the trend. When you accept that momentum builds in stages—and that high-probability setups show up later—you stop chasing and start waiting. Patience becomes a strategy. Discipline becomes protection. And your trading becomes calmer, clearer, and more consistent.

@TechCharts The game changed for me when I self-educated myself about Kahneman. Realizing how much mental errors and biases and noises we have, I now mostly avoid making a decision in the financial markets, unless it is a no-brainer. So approximately 1-2 decision a year is max for me

One of the reasons I do not suffer FOMO is because in 21 years of trading I’ve discovered that almost every player in this game fails to keep the money they’ve made. A persons 15 minutes of fame does not excite me. I assume, usually correctly, they will end with nothing.
