We stayed at the @Westin in Times Square over the weekend with the #Downsyndrome partnership and they wouldn't honor the group rate for all of our nights. We talked to several "managers" who all told us different stories of why they wouldn't. They told us it wasn't their problem!

@MBonvoyAssist We were treated like second class citizens. My wife was told “You won’t understand this but” and was given the same contract bs. It’s not a good look and from we learned @NDSS had several members with issues.

@letsvava we just had the worst experience on the phone with Dani. Apparently there’s nobody else we can talk to about our broken baby monitor. She told us she doesn’t report to anyone. The lack of customer service is comical at best!!

@DIRECTV and @ATT have been charging me since AUGUST for service even though I told them to cancel it because the new neighborhood has weird dish restrictions! I found the old equipment in storage, looked at the CC and it’s on autopay and they just hung up on me!!!!

@McAfee my disabled Mother has been charged for years and I cannot figure out how to cancel her account. She gets billed annually so forgets until it’s renewed. We don’t have any idea what her account info is or even what device is it was on? #help

I have been messing around with @CashApp for weeks now trying to get my identity verified with their @Bitcoin feature. They now have my identity, including my drivers license information and will not #verify. It’s #Criminal and #fraud! Do not use #cashapp for anything!!!
