The solution to your biggest problems isn't necessarily complicated. Case in point: Turns out I've been giving myself insomnia by eating dinner too late. Thought I can't sleep with a growling stomach. Quite the opposite - went to bed almost hungry, woke up completely refreshed!

So, my #DopamineDetox experiment has been a success, definitely gonna keep doing that on weekdays. (Even on my cheat day I found myself cleaning the kitchen rather than scrolling on my phone!) Next experiment: Cold showers. It got kinda cold outside, so that's gonna be hard :V

#DopamineDetox D5: I wouldn't be able to explain exactly what and why, but something clicked today. My energy is on a whole different level. I feel like what I do matters. I look forward to my daily challenges. See new possibilities. Can focus. It's a bit like flying.
