नेपालमा अपाङ्गता भएका ब्यक्तिहरुले चलाउने चारपाङ्ग्रे स्कुटर प्रसस्तै पाइन्छन्। तर यिनका थुप्रै कमजोरी छन्। राष्ट्रिय अनुसन्धान केन्द्रमा यसको रिसर्च र उत्पादनको राम्रो सम्भावना देख्छु म त। यसको tech skill म सँग नभएकाले म आफैँ सुरु गर्न त जान्दिन होला। @MahabirPun sir any ideas?
