@KimKardashian @GovofCO TEN YEARS IS STILL TOO MUCH. A vehicle failure causing an accident is not criminal. So, no thank you
@pugllover0217 @KimKardashian @GovofCO I agree but he is eligible for parole at least in 2026
@pugllover0217 @KimKardashian @GovofCO There were dead people, dude
@pugllover0217 @KimKardashian @GovofCO Considering he’s eligible for parole in 5 years might even be sooner with good behaviors I think it’s fair. Let’s not forget 4 lives were lost and he did have some negligence that led to it. Although I think more attention should be towards his employer tbh
@pugllover0217 @KimKardashian @GovofCO With good behavior 5 years
@pugllover0217 @KimKardashian @GovofCO Others have served about the same amount of time. The bus driver in Yucaipa, CA served 10 and it was also an accident. This sentence follows precedent. latimes.com/local/lanow/la…
@pugllover0217 @KimKardashian @GovofCO "no thank you"???? I agree it's not *ideal* by any means, but in practical terms for his literal life, we're talking five years in prison vs the rest of his entire time on earth.
@pugllover0217 @KimKardashian @GovofCO He was going 85 in a 45 when his brakes failed and didn't attempt to access a runway ramp but bypassed it. How many years will these families be without their loved ones? I do think 100 years is rather harsh but 10? Four people dead.
@pugllover0217 @KimKardashian @GovofCO He's will be out of prison in 5 years later and plus his will be parole for 5 years is 10 years which is not bad than 110 years. That was so ridiculous. So happy for them.
@pugllover0217 @KimKardashian @GovofCO Your absolutely correct it’s not! So surely their must be more to it. Did he keep up regular maintenance of the 18 wheeler that the law states? Is their something else to this! Their has to be! Otherwise it’s just a very very unfortunate ACCIDENT!
@pugllover0217 @KimKardashian @GovofCO Its because he was doing 85 in a 45. Thats wreckless driving resulting in death. I think 5-10 years is the appropriate sentence. 110 was excessive and I’m very happy for this young man that he will he able to get out by 2026.
