I always accepted that in a country of over 300 million people, there would always be a small % that would be immoral & just accept it. But it's gone way past that, and the lack of civility by so many w/ no regard for life has become unacceptable. We can not continue this way.

I guess @FedEx wants me to give @UPS a shot. When I sent a pkg Priority Overnight to NOLA for delivery on Wed 1/22 & claims snow delayed it until Mon 1/27, I don't buy it. And denies ANY billing adjustment. I then requested a pickup to send it back & nothing. TOTAL FAIL!
