The CFIA has NOT tested the ostriches since December and has NEVER tested a live bird. For 9 months, they have refused to do any tests AND they've stopped anyone else from testing the birds. Anything they try to pull out now can't be trusted. They've acted in bad faith.

I'm extraordinarily concerned that the CFIA might do something nefarious to the birds now that they are in their custody while the stay is in place. At this point, because the CFIA refused to test the birds for nearly the last year, I will not trust anything they put out.
