@jio_fiber …con done faster coz I visited the office. Else, they take their time to reinstall when it’s relocation. And it takes over 10-15 days. Then why do we even get a date to choose? The guy then called me over 20/30 times as he had forgotten to take the completion OTP. #FailJIO

@JioCare So actually no point in using the app for all this. You charge 1200 just for relocation and now make us customers run around! @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare Ironically the Jio Care doesn’t care

@JioCare Already did & there was no progress. I received a call & the person said he’ll be here at 12 noon, dot. It’s 12:25 & after the 3rd call, he says he can’t do when it’s relocation. I have to visit the office! It’s 2026, & reliance/jio are “big” players. We still need to visit office

@jio_fiber booked for relocation, delayed to come & disconnect with no one to reach out to & now the reinstallation was booked for Sat. It’s past 3 PM on Mon & still no news from any representative & unable to reach to any one. Been so horrible & tedious trying to speak to a rep!
