@chevrolet There appears to be a very known issue with 2007-2014 trucks/SUVs where 1000's of dashboards crack. In most cases (like my 2010 Anniversary Special Edition) the crack is connected to the safety airbag. No recall? No help? Over $1K out of pocket to fix. Please help.

@carrier We just had new Carrier Performance Series AC/Heat Pumps# installed. It makes this sound EVERY TIME the unit shuts off. Installer states this is perfectly normal for a new unit. Is that correct? This is how the performance series sounds? youtube.com/shorts/-Vk3EuU…

@frontpoint no email? Phones won't be answered? No DM on twitter? I moved in July and don't have your service anymore, but you are charging me monthly since December. What gives???

@wayweamazeyou what a spectacularly awful experience. We reserve a spot at a parking lot for spring break travel. Parking lot says they don’t even work with Way! We scrambled to find a spot elsewhere almost missing flight and paying out the nose!!

@HamzaFodderwala @wayweamazeyou We had the same problem. Lot full, said they didn’t work with Way and we ended up scrambling to find parking and almost missed out flight. And it cost us much more since it was so last minute.

@edcaesar @NYTmag This is great! Thank you for sharing. Let me know if you would like a copy of the book written by a survivor (Randolph Chitwood) - Rendezvous on the Coral Sea.

@Delta Well, just had my final attempt by speaking with "WeCare" rep. Unwilling to make any adjustments at all. I guess my corporate travel dollars will go to JetBlue now.... #Mosaic Hope the stubbornly low customer focus pays off (without my business travel $)
