I just released a new version of pybind11 that adds support for Python 3.8. It also fixes annoying crashes when importing multiple libraries that use pybind11 (@PyTorch et al.) produced by ABI-incompatible compilers. (e.g. GCC/libstdc++ and Clang/libc++). github.com/pybind/pybind11
