5:44AM On my way to Shomolu Police station.. They raided last night and picked up my brother on his way home, this is a photographer walking on his way home as there was no korope.. They searched and found nothing rather they arrested him and plenty others on the way and they locked them up in cell. I've texted @AbimbolaShotayo on WhatsApp and her auto responder gave me a number who graciously picked, empathize with me and has directed me to go to the station. Funny story, the bill was paid for someone's else rehabilitation. But he and his family insisted they wanted a more expensive place for his recovery. But we couldn't do that because it is public money. Thanks to Dr Sina, we found this lady on the street and gave her the

Visited a slum today in Lagos in preparation for a medical outreach we are planning this week. It was an eye opener. It just reiterated to me that we need to do more concerning youth awareness and substance use. I saw young people like myself with bloodshot red eyes. I smelt the deep ooze of cannabis. I felt the air of nicotine smoke. I saw as young boys and girls grabbed their roll of drugs. I saw as heavily tattooed youths sat with a game of Ayo while a bottle containing mixtures was by their side. I saw pregnant girls went about their daily activities, wallowing in the marshy puddle of water. I saw a flow of people struggling with substance use. Then I asked myself, That could have been me? But perhaps, knowledge and opportunity was what made a difference. It gave me a focal point to think. So much to do So many lives to touch. Young people like myself must be invested in the business of changing lives. We are planning a big massive outreach to Surulere this week. We are giving free medical care, free medications, free groceries, free foodstuff, free consultation, free therapy sessions, free pads, free sanitary towels and more It's been tasking putting this together. Hundreds of hours and team efforts/ strategy. We are storming Surulere with a team of Doctors, Nurses, Lab scientists, Psychiatrists, Pharmacists and other Healthcare workers. WE ARE NOT THUGS @RectorPascal. Will be in Surulere this week, Saturday for the HEALTHY SHITTA OUTREACH If you will like to support us. Please send a message. We will appreciate. Thanks Surulere, Lagos. See you on Saturday, 13th.

Yesterday in church, a woman who’s almost 80 came out to testify. She said that last week, someone gifted her ₦20k. That was the first time in her entire life she ever had ₦20k in her account that wasn’t for medication or food. The pastor asked if she was serious, and she said yes. The pastor then gifted her ₦150k. Her account number was read out, and before the end of the service, her account already had more than ₦500k.

How about we try this: Don't spread false information, SO You don't go to prison. Understood? Good.

@the_beardedsina @Letter_to_Jack Happy birthday Doc, Welcome to freshness

The real cheat code in life? Finding a significant other who's unproblematic, insanely attractive to you, and fully committed to doing life together with you. Everything else just falls into place.

We stand with the innocent. We stand with the brave. Justice for civilians. Dignity for our frontline men

The real issue is that the "500 job openings" at Moniepoint do not exist. It's a popular corporate scam where you constantly recruit without actually hiring anyone, because showing a large number of job vacancies while advertising your aggressive recruitment campaign is a growth metric you display to investors. It shows that the company is "growing fast" which means they should invest more money. "We can't fill 500 job openings" in an absurdly deep job market like Nigeria is just a fintech bro performing for USD to locate him from whichever venture capital or private equity investor he's targeting. It's the same thing as when an NGO lawyer jumps on every trending human rights case without really achieving anything - it's a performance for the oyibo with USD to reward them. Motion without movement. Fake activity scam.

If you know anyone that works at DSTV please tell them to bring their Laptops, cords & flash so that they can collect new movies. 😔

Nobody should be this foolish.

A lady misplaced her certificate in a bus. Kindly retweet if this crossed your TL. Someone that knows her might be on your TL ❤️

I pray I’ll always be in a position to pay for convenience. I love being comfortable so much.

Sunday Lunch! No place like home. I’ve missed this.🥰🍚🍤🍗🥗🍹

Most disappointment is not caused by people It is caused by expectation. The moment you expect, you give away power and create silent contracts in your mind that nobody agreed to. “They should support me.” “They should understand me.” “They should show up for me.” But life does not work on “should.” People give based on their capacity, not your expectations. Some don’t have the depth. Some don’t have the discipline. Some simply don’t have you in mind. And that is reality. The strongest mindset you can build is this: I will handle my life, with or without anyone. When something comes your way, appreciate it. And when it doesn’t, you keep moving. No bitterness. No entitlement. No dependence. You become dangerous when you stop needing and start building. You become free when nothing external controls your peace. Give without expecting. Work without applause. Stand without support. And when people show up for you, see it for what it is... A bonus. Not a right. 🧏‍♂️
