People tell me "it's the risk I took" No I book my wedding in 2018 I never signed up to this much uncertainty and its meant to be most speical day in my life and gov can't even give clear guidance or options. #whataboutweddings

How is a football match allowed to go ahead with thousands of football fans, when a wedding (an important life event) can’t have unlimited numbers of guests? It’s beyond belief that some brides will get SEVEN days notice it’s not good enough and heartbreaking #whataboutweddings

I've looked after covid patients at 111, A&E and ITU, I've seen how poorly people can be. I've had both my vaccines, I understand the implications, I want my family and friends to stay safe but I also want equality and fairness. Vaccines are working now so #whataboutweddings

Weddings cannot wait. Suppliers and couples cannot wait. We were told 21st June would see an end to restrictions and we've all waited, held on with everything we have, for that date. It needs to happen otherwise 150,000+ will lose their jobs within 3 months. #whataboutweddings

raise the limit on weddings, it’s a life event. Can have loads at a football match and only 30 at a wedding makes me so cross. Weddings don’t take days to plan they take years and you can’t not allow brides & grooms to have there special day. @BorisJohnson #whataboutweddings

#whataboutweddings @BorisJohnson @OliverHealdUK so I can go to Wembley on Sunday with 22k others but I can’t have 85 people at my wedding? Absolute farce! If we trust the testing process and vaccination rollout what’s stopping us from claiming back our lives?
