Literally almost 2 years into the pandemic & Idk how people still walk into establishments with their jacket covering their face? Like where is your mask? LOL. Granted, there’s the chance that it dropped/flew away, but I’m sure that’s not always the case 🤡

Down 11lbs since I started back on keto a month ago 🥲 It’s seriously amazing that 1) diet ALONE makes a huge difference 2) our body can change its source of energy from carbs to fat & 3) you can EAT fat to BURN fat

Lost 6lbs so far on keto + have been working like a mad woman - Oysters might kick me out of ketosis bc I do NOT plan to eat in moderation tnite (due to their carb content) and I could care less bc I mfckn deserve it 🥲🔪
