When your portfolio gets big enough you can just retire and withdraw cash on margin whilst staying fully long and never sell stocks (or incur taxes). Billionaires do this all the time. It’s possible for everyone with a few hundred thousand (although works better at scale).

As I remain quiet around others in an appropriate way. I see there suffering, it hurts me a bit, but I know that staying silent is the best thing for them. It forces them to face themselves through my being which becomes a reflection of their thoughts until they also vanish
