@JeninYounesEsq One if the rapists sent her a text apologizing about "how things went down". Do college students apologize when they do nothing wrong?

@LGUS once again I have not received my order and have been on hold for hours. If I knew it would be this difficult to get appliances I paid for, I would have gone to a different brand

It's like they don't even care about ruining your vacation or your monetary loss! @AmericanAir I need someone to CALL ME and send me the money I am owed for the expenses I incurred!

It is 11pm on what should have been a restful vacation, but instead @AmericanAir is having me fill out a form with the contents of my luggage that they cannot RETURN TO ME OR UPDATE ME ON. DAY 7 NO LUGGAGE WITH A LAP INFANT

@AmericanAir cannot even guarantee I will get my luggage on Saturday. Saturday would make it 10 days no luggage with a LAP INFANT on a small Caribbean island. @AmericanAir this is unacceptable esp as an AAadvantage member!!

How am I supposed to remotely enjoy this trip with no supplies especially with a LAP INFANT? PLEASE EXPLAIN @AmericanAir. I expect to have this entire flight comp'd and all additional expenses. Do you know what it's like to be in a country you do not reside with no baggage?

Another day with no luggage with a LAP INFANT due to @AmericanAir. There is no voucher or anything. Just constant emails and calls begging them for my property. I am on a 10 day trip and it's day 6 no luggage. I am expected to make my way
