Accountability needed so I just went down the bread 🍞 road. What on earth. So doing this on my own is tough and for me it's 🍞 that is my achilles heel. So throwing it out now as I can't trust myself around it. Will I ever??🤔 God why do I self-sabotage??? 😬😔

I am seriously confused once weight is lost is it better to work to a Mediterranean, keto, low carb or plant diet. So much conflicting views 🤔🤔 what's the best path to keep my type 2 diabetes in remission??? Answers on a postcard please with evidence would be most welcome😁
Well @exantediet tried your pizza 🍕 for the first time tonight and it was not to shabby. Pizza 🍕 and eggs 🥚 is the two things I am missing the most at the moment so this alternative is great - thank you 👍
So an update as I didn't lose anything last week I've found my motivation this week going. Yesterday was not great but back at it today. I can't stop now when I've made progress 12lbs is nothing to sneeze at must keep going. 💪
Gutted that I have lost nothing last week. I haven't gained either but found it a tough week and so want to get to a point in my weight by my birthday in 3 weeks time. Ok let's get the head down and push through this 👍

Yesterday for many reasons was tough just felt a bit blue. This am started better when lying in bed decided I would get up and try 2 👗 that I have had for year's but never fit and swore I wouldn't get rid of well you guessed it they both fit 😁😁😁💪👌
Just had to do a calendar 📅 check and wow this is day 26. I weighed myself I wanted to see how I was doing and pleased to report I have lost 2 of the 4lbs I put on. It does worry me though how the 'maintain phase' will work with me. And looks like Monday will mark 1/2 way mark.
Ok, so yesterday back on it but it did feel at moments tough and like I wanted a snack but kept strong. Slept right through which is one of my favourite side effects. #tryingtoreversemytype2db
So rightly or wrongly been mostly off diet since Thursday. Fully back tomorrow and actually glad of it. Things that held me before just not doing it for me as before. Small steps and all but I like how I feel when I am on it rather than not.
Well back from my uncles funeral. It was tough and I came off diet yesterday and today but still impressed that tonight I was going to order a 🍕 but went for broccoli and chicken salad instead. Back at it tomorrow 💪🥕
Another great thing happened today. Had lunch just before 1pm today and that's me just home from a friends and just had my dinner. This would never of happened before. I would have been ravenous and desperate for food. I drove past a KFC and instead of wanting it it smelt 😣
