THREAD: #VitaminD and #COVID19 Studies (Series 2): I have reported 16 articles before. Unfortunately, some still think there's a lack of 'evidence'. Reporting 8 more studies. Now we have 22 articles including an RCT. It's time to act. We have enough evidence to work on.

If you think for yourself, most of your opinions will be unpopular, naturally.

@Rashaan May I please get 2 followers to copy and re-post this tweet? I'm trying to demonstrate that someone is always listening. #SuicidePrevention 1-800-273-8255 Just two. Any two. Copy, not retweet.

@dadakim @thePhDandMe This has been breaking my heart since March. Medical and scientific establishment is exceedingly wary of nutritional interventions & wants (but doesn't fund) perfect study. In meantime, range of evidence keeps growing but cheap, safe intervention underused x.com/owasow/status/…

@prisonculture African Americans have significantly higher rates of vitamin D deficiency. Melanin is protective against strong sun when close to equator but risks vit D deficiency at higher latitudes. In rigorous metastudy, Vit D was found to be protective against respiratory illness like flu.

Yooooooo, this @cxffeeblack collab with Onyx is 🔥🔥🔥 Smooth, sweet , light body. And it’s always great when the cup actually tastes like the tasting notes! Yup - the “perfume” is real. Nice way to start the day. Props @abartjones

Sometimes it's not what you say but how you say it that makes all the difference.

My grandfather would often say, “When you buy cheap, you buy twice.” I get it now: Cheap things don’t last Cheap things don’t appreciate Cheap things have hidden costs Buy things that offer lasting value.

@thewealthdad I’m in the “pay off your mortgage early” camp. Trust me: the day-to-day experience of knowing there’s no more note plus the additional cash flow ... priceless. Best financial decision our family has made. So far 🙂

@EdLatimore First question that comes to mind when I read this (and a similar article about frontline workers in Calif): What do they know that I don't know? Second question: If I knew what they know, would I do what they're doing?

@foundmyfitness Groups w high COVID mortality rates: - Black and darker-skinned people - the elderly - those with chronic health conditions Groups w (typically) low Vitamin D3 levels: - Same as above. This is not a coincidence. Get your D3 up!
