Now I can finally cross off “run for senate” from the to-do list. Unfortunately, I was not chosen to advance, but I’m optimistic and excited about the future. This is only the beginning!

My family during Christmas gatherings: So what are your plans for next year? Me: Well, I’m actually hoping to become a senator. My girlfriend:
For those of you curious about the process, this article does a great job explaining how a candidate will be chosen as a replacement and also why I'm seeking this nomination. pamplinmedia.com/scs/83-news/53…

If you want to learn more about why I am making this decision, you can check out my announcement video: youtube.com/watch?v=ASf-2B…
ANNOUNCEMENT: I've decided to officially seek the nomination to serve as State Senator for District 16. It's time for me to move beyond the textbooks, theories, and case studies, and actually apply my knowledge and energy towards making a tangible difference in the real world.
