@AmexIndia hi team What are options to contact support team apart from calling your India helpline number? Been trying to contact for ages but can’t find option either to chat via app as I am not in India or email.

@AirbnbHelp I've asked you guys 5 times through your designated host support channels, and just got the ticket closed every time. I didn't post this to get help from the @Airbnb Twitter 😂 I posted it to let some ppl know that your customer service is garbage. #CustomerServiceFail

@Airbnb @bchesky truly frustrating experience with Airbnb today. My host unexpectedly canceled booking just 30 minutes before check-in. Despite reaching out for support, Airbnb informed they couldn't assist and suggested I scramble to find an alternative property on my own.

@vfsglobalcare Even if I agree to all what you said, but still if slots are available they should not be for anyone. I see some real issue in the system that is only troubling people like us.

@vfsglobalcare My only concern/ question is how agents are getting the slots for as quick as in a weeks time while I have been trying it for 3 months. They assured me a slot for £175 per person per slot. This is really a big surprise for us.

@SonuSood Sir you are known for helping others. Please help grieving family get justice. No one is helping us as culprits are just feeding money to people in order to remain absconded. Its a request from a mother, father and sisters.

@airindiain Family stuck in UK, due to missing RT-PCR for son. No-one updated on same till very last and wife & son stuck in London. Cust care not supporting and we are asked to go to London airport for further help. Any help here will be highly obliged.
