With all due respect, this post has virtually zero useful information in it, and does not give us any satisfying answers about what went wrong or what is being done at OpenAI to mitigate future incidents. It comes off as making excuses for OpenAI. I’m sorry that you missed your sister’s wedding. But as the first public comm from an OpenAI cybersecurity staffer there needs to be a higher standard than this
