“In the name of freedom we will die.” I counted no less than 20 CHILDREN passionately talk about seeking martyrdom. They live for death. Once they die, their parents celebrate.

On October 7, Ellay Golan, her husband Ariel, and their 18-month-old daughter Yael huddled in the bomb shelter of their home in Kfar Aza as Hamas terrorists ravaged the community. Somehow, they managed to hold the bomb shelter door shut as terrorists tried to break in, so the terrorists set fire to the house, hoping to smoke the family out. Ellay, Ariel, and Yael stayed in the shelter as long as they could until they began to suffocate from the smoke. They managed to escape the house, Ellay and Ariel shielding Yael with their bodies as they fled through the flames. They hid in a tractor on the kibbutz for several hours. Finally, they were able to reach a group of soldiers at the entrance of the kibbutz, who took them by helicopter to Sheba Medical Center. Only after Ellay gave the first responders instructions to care for her baby did she lose consciousness. Ellay suffered burns on 60% of her body and was in a coma for two months due to the damage to her lungs from smoke inhalation. The doctors didn't expect her to survive. Ariel suffered burns over 40% of his body, and Yael 30%. Thanks to the incredible treatment they received at Sheba, and in part due to an Israeli-invented burn treatment called NexoBrid, Ellay, Ariel, and Yael have made a tremendous recovery. Last week, with her hands still bandaged from the burns, Ellay received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Ben-Gurion University. Mazel tov, Ellay, and may you make a complete recovery soon!

“ woeto those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.“

More of this please. Congrats, mamas!

just to be clear, Hamas has now launched its fourth bomb attack on Kerem Shalom. THAT'S THE CROSSING WHERE THE AID YOU HAVE ALL DEMANDED MUST BE SENT TO GAZA GOES THROUGH. Four times.

When you hear how many people say or support something, you always have to understand the social dynamics in which these "votes" take place. Many institutional and social structures are suppressing people's true opinions. 2/2

Dartmouth's student government held an open "no confidence" vote on the president's handling of campus protests. It passed (no confidence) 13-2 (with 3 abstensions). Then they repeated with a secret ballot. It failed 8-9 (2 abstensions). thedartmouth.com/article/2024/0… 1/2

good question

i am so grateful to be Alive! i rarely do this, but in the middle of the night, i looked at my friend here in georgia, and said as i looked at the time, " gosh, right now, i was fighting for my Life and Jesus was fighting for me for 18 hours of being burned in my own mother's womb." then i looked at the clock this morning and thought, " my word, in 40 minutes, on this day, i was born Alive in an abortion clinic in los angeles...and because the abortionist was not at work at this very moment, then, the nurse was calling the ambulance and getting me to a hospital, and Saving my Life." it is sobering and Miraculous and it is all for the glory of Jesus Christ. He is my whole Heart. He is my God. Him. Him. only and always Gesù. my greatest wish is for everyone i know and don't know, to really be deeply Freed by knowing Jesus. thank you for the beautiful birthday wishes. really, you are so Kind. g. victory! only that. 🔥

This is pathetic. ⁦⁦@SpeakerMcCarthy⁩ doesn’t deserve to have a portrait of Ronald Reagan on his office wall. Under his leadership, ⁦@HouseGOP⁩ has abandoned everything Reagan stood for. thehill.com/policy/defense…

As an astrophysicist, I first came to recognize God through the design and sheer awesomeness of the universe. But the more I learn about biology, particularly of human beings, the more I stand amazed. Galaxies are incredible and awesome structures, but in terms of complexity and design, they don't even come close to the awesomeness of human bodies. I don't understand why some atheists are so down on humankind and think we're nothing compared with the universe. It's not about size or even number, y'all.* A universe filled with stars, galaxies, and black holes may be immense and grand, but I can simulate a lot of it with a relatively simple Fortran program. It's got nothing on the sheer wonder contained within a single human body, which is its own biological universe of unbelievable complexity and purpose. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. – Psalm 139:14 * There have been an estimated 100 billion people who've walked the face of the Earth. That's roughly equivalent to the number of stars in the Milky Way Galaxy. We may live on a tiny little chunk of rock, but it has hosted as many people as there are stars in the galaxy.

More of this please …watch to the end…
