Building multiple products at once is teaching me something: Ideas aren’t the bottleneck. Distribution is. You can build something genuinely great, ship fast, have a solid team and still hear crickets. So lately I’ve been spending less time asking: “Can we build this?” and more time asking: “How do we get the first 100 people to care?” Building is only half the game.
@ChalithaWi Agree 100%. I’m still pretty new to this side of X, but so far it’s been a great experience. Still training the algo and figuring out my feed, but really enjoying it so far.
