@onepeloton Wow, Peloton! My wife and I haven't touched our Bike+ in about a year, and decided to ride it . It's out of warranty. The resistance isn't working, and after a call with your support, you have told us it will cost $1,595 to have repaired!? WOW! JUST WOW! Buyer beware!

@Hoffbaked @onepeloton It's crazy, because I've always talked glowingly about Peloton and suggested it to people. But now I'm going to definitely warn people away from it now, because this an unimaginably expensive repair. Definitely going to not renew our subscription if this is how it's going to be.

@Postmates, I am tremendously frustrated by (a) your buggy order system and (b) your nearly non-existent customer support. I did not receive what I ordered and now will have to spend $30 extra in delivery fees to order a cable. WTF
