@etisalat @etisalat_Care been sitting in your motor city branch for over 3 hours while an issue that’s been unsolved for a week still doesn’t get fixed. Nobody even offered me water. Customer service significantly lacking in this instance. You should look into it!

@etisalat_Care @TheNationalNews can you help me get in touch with the head of @etisalat Customer Service/Happiness. Have asked Etisalat numerous times to speak to them but nobody has got in touch with me to discuss this issue further. Thanks

@etisalat_Care What is even more of a concerning issue is the team @etisalat were more concerned with closing my ticket number so that their KPIs weren’t impacted without actually solving the issue.

@Etisalat_Care It saddens me more that as a customer I haven’t been able to make calls on my mobile and I’ve been passed from your 101 team to the shop team for over a week without anyone actually wanting to take responsibility for my issue.
