@SLC_Repayment I think from what your FAQ says, the only way to fully repay is on the phone? If you can do that on here then I'll send you a DM so can you? Would be good to know what is wrong with the phone too. If it doesn't work for a few days can I claim the interest I pay till then back?

@SLC_Repayment Yes they're the ones I'm phoning and getting cut off on. The message says 'thanks for calling the student loan...' then the call hangs up. Do you have a number that won't do that? Try calling it yourself and see if you get the same outcome?
