Low carb is a tool. Carnivore is a tool. Fasting is a tool. High fat, adequate protein is a tool. High protein, low fat is a tool. Keto is a tool. Moderate carb is a tool. All these are tools to find what works for you, depending upon your metabolic health. None of these are absolute Bibles to health. Nutrition has nuance. It can change depending on where you are in your journey. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
@saaiyer Mam , how to determine which tool fits an individual? As you mentioned about metabolic health .. is there a way to conclude n confirm metabolic health status by any kind of test or so ..
@saaiyer Most months I'll have days that I utilize all of the above. Metabolic flexibility is my preferred state. It's fun to notice how my body feels after utilizing each of these tools.

The problem with food cults are they have these rules and no one has an idea who made them up and in what context! The objective should define what you do and everyone has a different objective. Else life will be a boring place! Yeah if you are sick pls follow whatever protocol that cures you
