What happens when a mass shooter barricades himself in a school or mall & the SWAT team is called to apprehend or neutralize the killer? The SWAT team (like IDF) will try to avoid innocent civilian casualties, but sadly, this tragic reality oftentimes can’t be avoided. 5/8
