I called for this a while back. I personally think saints need to move back to an old school mentality. A winners mentality with someone who will galvanise the club, inspire the fanbase, give us a "them and us" attitude and get us back to basics....go and get Roy Keane #Saintsfc

We're crying out for 442. Stewart (actually give him game time) alongside armstrong. Two wingers. Play azaz next to Charles or Downes. Never controlled a game with 2 defensive players, we havent tried 442. Stick wood and Edwards together. New players, new tactics. Saintsfc

Lots of fans I feel overreacting to yesterday. With the amount of new players that have come in, they need time to bed in and that was the worst game for them to start together. The next few months I feel positive about. We will be vastly different in January. #saintsfc

Lots of incomings for saintsfc and it showed today. Draw probably just about fair in the end. However, with a weeks training and games thick and fast, no more excuses, the side must gel and we must break teams down - could do with someone else upfront with archer. #saintsfc

My daughters first south coast derby tomorrow. Im so nervous, I detest derby day. Working with loads of pompey fans and having pompey fans in the family makes it ten times worse. Just a shame we cant all have a beer before and after the game because of a few idiots. #saintsfc

Our fanbase need to calm down a bit. Look at Ipswich, the effect of the window being open whilst the season starts has a big impact. Will Still is also changing the players mindset away from the passing game - could see that yesterday. Its a marathon, not a sprint. #saintsfc

Halfway home from Watford. Having Fellows in the side will help but I cant help but feel moving one of those centre backs upfront or in behind and playing a back 4 will completely change the way we play. The window shutting and some stability will help top. #saintsfc

Just landed in Watford. After yesterday's window, im extremely up for today's game! I know the new signings may not be there but what a positive friday that was (and we sold our best player the same day!) Up the Saints!

The transfer window is clearly a problem. However, the owners have got top money for 2 players who didn't want to be here and have replaced with 2 players with proven pedigree and another exciting prospect. Up the saints!!!!

The annual cup game against liverpool drawn out again for saints then. Another long away trip to Merseyside on a Tuesday or Wednesday night with trips to Hull, Sheffield United and Derby wrapped around it in the fixture list lol
