@TATAAIGIndia The data has been incorrectly updated in your system. I have emailed you correct ncb % confirmation from previous insurer provider. Pls acknowledge and make changes

I buy a car insurance policy in early May 2026 from @TataAIGMotor After 6 weeks, you email saying there is a mismatch in NCB % and I need to pay more! The call center cannot help queries on why this was not highlighted during sale process.I do not agree to this UNFAIR PRACTICE!

@HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank , you don’t care for customer disputes. The helpline goes silent , canned responses to queries … if u do that to ur premium customer of over two decades then what can others expect?

@HDFCBank_Cares , I withdraw 200x of the amount that ur credit card dispute fails to resolve. Canned responses, relationship manager apathy, no grievance redressal. This is how to treat decades old customers who park their money with u.. no more.

@vinodchendhil Sir, I’m surely going to try! But I’m also of the opinion that we volume wins over margins in the Indian market. In the long run! Incidentally we r crazy about price
