I always loved seeing Force face off against Iron Man. He was an intelligent antagonist. A very capable mercenary/scientist always calm under fire and never let the fact he was fighting a founding Avenger phase him.

#ThrowbackThursday: Published this month in 1986, Iron Man #223 featured a showdown with another popular baddie--Force! Cover by me. But also, here's the unpublished version by Mark Bright and me. @Marvel @Iron_Man

Both the book and movie are great and end the same way. Not going to spoil it but you can guess. The real shocker is that in the book these events take place 30 years after the world has fallen.

Great video. I didn't know the origin went to far back in Marvel history. Can't wait for Part 2.

This movie has some of the best lines: Bogus! Wolfman has Nards! Oh I know a thing or two about monster's Rudy pay attention! Q: Hey Rudy! Where you going!? A: I'm in the God damn club aren't I. Q: You aren't a virgin are you? A: Well, there's Steve... but he doesn't count.

Those are plumb bobs. I used them working on a land surveying crew. They have a cord attached and use gravity to pull the heavy weight on the end making a perfect verticle plumb line for surveying and construction.
