Getting NOC from another CA is always a critical job for Auditor. Particularly young CA’s in practice have to face lot of problems while obtaining NOC form senior member. Shouldn’t ICAI made whole NOC process online, through SSP or separate portal? Share your experience & views!

Just Paid ROC Late Fees to MCA for appx 11000 for a nil LLP. There should be a Late Fees CAP for ROC Fees as well just like GST. Please note that the due dates for LLP Form 11 & Form 8 have not been extended!
