My wife and I worked a long hard day today. We then had an amazing meal at a nice restaurant and great conversation with a young hard working customer service person. I don’t think AI can ever replace the feeling this brings but maybe the meta verse will 😂

Happy New Year! 2022 was a crazy year for me. It went by in a blink and there was times that I felt like the day, week or month would never end! Definitely a ton of great take aways and as always learning to continually do better #growthmindset

I'm currently going through the exercise of carving out my first offer and nailing down the niche I'm planning to focus on serving first. For someone who's always struggled with shiny object syndrome getting specific and focused is a tough exercise!

Your habits are a gateway to a better life. Here's a few that I've used daily for years to keep me functioning at a high level Wake up early / go to bed by 10 - 10:30 max drink 4L of water daily some form of exercise meditate read 10 pages minimum 6 drinks or less per week

I'm a morning person and this is a superpower. My alarm goes off at 4:30 am, 5 days a week and 5:30 on weekends. To most this sounds insane, to me it is freedom. I have 2-3 hours everyday to focus on reading, writing, working out and building before the world starts their day
