@johnlewishelp pet insurance pricing strategy is outrageous. Last year paid £63pm. Renewal £111pm. If I get a new quote online using the same details, cover and excess, the quote is £65pm. How does this comply with @TheFCA rules on “price walking” @MartinSLewis?

Hey @Dominos_UK, why if I clear my basket, because I wanted to change my order, can I now not use my free pizza that was available and I have to wait until tomorrow?

And yet again nothing for @BCPCouncil area, despite being 5th most congested town/city in the country. When will see the investment needed to improve infrastructure required for getting people around our three towns? @NeilForPoole @TomHayesBmouth @JessicaToale

Today we have made the biggest ever investment in our buses, trams and trains in city regions in the north and midlands. Because when we said we would make all parts of the country better off, we meant it.

@TUIUK you’ve messed up on refunding the £850 paid for my cancelled holiday using gift cards by refunding to gift cards that I’d already disposed of after booking, rather than sending me new gift cards to replace. Somebody needs to contact me to resolve this urgently.

⁦@SW_Help⁩ what is going on with 2B53? Hasn’t moved from here for last 15 mins. Are services going to be moving anytime soon? I’m at POK and need the train stuck behind this one to PKS.

I think in every premier league ground and championship ground there should be a defib located in every stand. Only 8% of people survive an out of hospital cardiac arrest. A Defib can push this up to 50% within 5 mins of an attack aslong as there is still a rhythm #swfc

@jimfrevola @arnoldsavoir Could this enable fan searches be done at the entrances to stadium perimeter? I expect there is greater variance of the time fans arrive at the perimeter vs the time fans head to the turnstiles, so searches are spread out rather than mostly being done shortly B4 to kick off?

@CrossCountryUK Your ten minute reservation service is saying no availability on 12:04 BHM to BMH yet if I go online to buy a ticket I’m allocated a seat. Why is this and is there any way I can reserve a seat if I’ve already booked through 3rd party?

@SW_Help why has the 20 minute pick up car park been taped off at Poole? Only a taxi rank and set down place which is only big enough for three vehicles!

@OfficialFV I ordered an item that was in store for clearance with a three week delivery time. That deadline has been and gone, I’ve phoned branch and depot and neither of them can tell me where it is! How do you lose a sideboard?! Please can you help urgently.
