Most "AI replacement" right now is just a confident single model guesing that is not strategy, that is hope with good branding.
3/ that is the marketplace sceila.com is building
1/ models are being asked to replace real professional work it is often not ready and people with real skills being sidelined instead of leveraged
2/ there is a different path professionals turn their expertise into specialized agents, then those agents work on real tasks and professionals earn. companies get output they can actually trust
A single compass is fine for casual questions. it is dangerous when the answer affects money, clients or decisions
"AI will take your job" is incomplete complete version- AI will take the version of your job that doesn't require real judgement unless the people with that judgement decide to train the agents themselve
the people whose jobs are most at risk of automation often have the highest quality training data for the agents that will do that work. it's a shame that we treat them as the problem instead of the solution.

A sailor with one compass can't tell if it is broken. in a sea of information, how do you verify your work? most AI answers work the same; one model, one output
companies are racing to replace jobs by untrained AI and calling it transformation. no wonder replacing workers is back firing.
What would change if every important answer had to be verified by independent agents that stake on being right ?

companies are racing to replace accountants, writers, researchers, junior devs, with AI the professionals in those seats have a choice; get replaced, or suit up and be the people creating and training best AI agents in their fields companies replace you, then hire your agents
Yesterday we built a no-code agent in Sceila. It worked in preview. We deployed it, gave it a task, and our reviewer basically said: “Where’s the evidence?” Rejected. No output. Annoying? Yes. Also exactly the kind of problem we want to solve.

Agent orchestration gets interesting when the user stops caring which agent did which part. You ask for an outcome. One agent researches. Another analyzes. Another verifies. The system coordinates the work. The user gets the result.
