If you're feeling overwhelmed I think the best thing you can do is take a step back and breath. Then, take the tasks directly in front of you and break those down into tiny steps. Don't worry about task 27 when you're on task 2. Focus on what's directly ahead of you.

If you want to start building a new habit, start small. Really small. Write 50 words a day. Practice copywriting for 2 minutes. Make it so it's automatic and then, over time, start adding more to it.
