How's security wait time at the moment?

@richmondmike I held on phone for 35 mins, got to position 1 in the queue then after all that a message came on saying no one was available to answer my call. They obviously don't want people to buy from them. Taking my £2000.00 order elsewhere!
I have just spent 1 hour45 minutes waiting for my call to be answered. The lady in the Philippines was struggling to understand my query, I asked to speak to someone who could resolve my issue and the line went quiet and nobody has responded to me, aerlingus.com/support/contac…
@AerLingus I have waited am hour and 45 minutes to have my called answered, it's now 2hrs 41 mins and after trying multiple times to make my query understood by the lady in the Philippines the line has now gone quiet and I can only assume she has ended the call. I am furious!
@djhenshall Would you rather live there than Glasgow? I've always found London too fast and busy and nobody seems to have time for anyone. If you struck up conversation with a stranger they'd think you were weird. I love the warmth and friendliness of the Scottish people.
@DunelmUK I have a Dunelm steam cleaner I bought some time ago, I need replacement pads for it but don't see the model online any more. How can I get the replacement pads. Your options on 'contact us' don't cover this!
@petshopboys How do we get a refund? You need to offer that option, tickets were bought for a big birthday, need to cash to organise a different present now as it'll be two years past the special date!
