Considering the recent political events, it makes me realize how intentional Beyoncé was in releasing Cowboy Carter during election year. This album really helps create a unique space for black people to be proud to be American, & that can easily translate into Kamala's campaign.

I just don’t think people realize that coming up with these terms just further stigmatizes mental health. Especially used to explain someone irrational behavior and decisions.

You will have people in your life who genuinely love you but lack the ability to love you in the way that you desire or deserve. You'll have to love yourself enough to recognize & accept that regardless of their intent, their inability to do so has nothing to do with you.
