In the normal world, Fridays are the best day of the week. In the server world, Fridays are your version of hell.
That look you give the manager when they go up to do cuts for the floor chart
"Do you have any water?" No, we wash our hands and dishes with lemonade.
This is a hostess struggle but when customers come in and think they can seat themselves when clearly there is a hostess at the door 🙂
We all have that coworker that complains about wanting to get cut.
"Instead of tomatoes, can I get steak in my salad?" Bitch, no. Meat and veggies aren't the same thing, dumbass.
"Excuse me, do you know where the bathroom is?" Yes, head straight down the hall and take a right at I FUCKIN WORK HERE BITCH OF COURSE I DO
"Excuse me, do you work here?" No, I just wear this uniform for fun and I don't take showers lol.
"What's in a vodka cranberry?" Best guess? Rumchata and chocolate fucking milk
I can't be the only one who reads bad Yelp and Facebook reviews about my work just for shits and giggles
