it's been more than 5-6 years yet @bigbasket_com cannot fix their broken system to recover from failed payment in terms of coupon usage. If your payment fails and the coupon has a usage limit you are done, there is no way to recover. Even their support team is helpless. #BBBROKEN

hightime @bigbasket_com starts rotating availability slots amongst its customers give them a window to pre book orders or forfeit slots. Tired of staring at the app for slots availability for 3 weeks now. Tough times I understand but can be planned better. #FCFS not the solution
