Important paper, also for adults who “enjoy” stimulants. A new class of actual focus enhancing stimulants is emerging too— and they seem to enhance REM duration that night. Most are for narcolepsy and no, not Modafinil. 2026 is going to be a banner year for Rx stimulants.

Ritalin works, but not how we thought it did. Out today @CellCellPress : cell.com/cell/fulltext/… No effect on attention systems. Boosts arousal and anticipated reward. It doesn't help you pay attention better, but it lets you persist in boring tasks. bsky.app/profile/benjam…

@YouTube why’s the algorithm/interface so antiquated, unsophisticated & cumbersome?! Omg *Perpetually* suggesting the same videos from the same sources, neglecting other relevant vids from those sources or any new/different sources. & the auto-close on the add to playlist menu?💩

The biggest EMPLOYMENT LESSON.. 1. HR is not there to protect you. They are there to protect the company. 2. Document EVERYTHING. 3. Food is not a reward for hard work. 4. Do the bare minimum, or you'll get rewarded MORE work. 5. Use them sick/ vacation time/ PTO. 6. Everyone is replaceable. 7. Keep them emails. 8. Your family is more important than any job. 9. Some of your coworkers secretly hate you. 10. Never stay at one job longer than 4 years unless the pay increase is substantial. 11. Don't let them promote you in title but not in compensation. 12. Keep your personal life private. Do not overshare

I seriously wanted to cry watching this because it seems in a world full of fake women Pamela Anderson is on a diehard mission to get women to accept themselves in their most natural beautiful form & her message is so beautiful except urself ladies. We r beautiful the way we r.
