Hi all, I just wanted to tell everyone something so that they never get messed like I did. I bought a phone from official samsung website because I thought product would be better and original rather than from Amazon or Flipkart like sites. (1/5) @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile

Never buy a samsung product from samsung shop app or website as you will receive a faulty/broken phone and for returning it you will have go to there service centers, genrate certificates taking approx 3-4 days and the call support service is of no help @SamsungIndia .
Thankyou @GooglePayIndia for taking more than a day to process a transaction which is still pending , i am enjoying all the absence of support. And the suggestion to keep waiting was more than helpfull . Kudos to your customer service

Just a suggestion @reliancejio You can also provide the API for jio meet so that the developers can integrate it in there websites as Software as a service .
