Any reason for Melb City Council you continuing to fail to light our junior community soccer club @fcbirrarung for weeks now in Princes Park? I volunteered my time to coach a bunch of 7 year olds in the dark last night and the empty footy ovals are bathed in light. UNSAFE

@Liquorland Im still waiting for a refund. I believe ‘coming days’ has now elapsed. How long is it going to take to process all refunds?

@Liquorland I shouldn’t have to invoke the Australian Consumer Law but we are now getting to the point where you are exceeding a reasonable period for processing of refunds. Get your shit together and do it today. The ‘coming days’ has yielded no refund or email contrary to previous advice.

@Liquorland It has also not escaped my notice that you have not answered my question about whether you think it is acceptable that I spend my time and money chasing this up? Why are you unable to provide an email with full details and timeframe for my refund like any other company?

@Liquorland If I were a supplier and owed Liquorland money for a period of 10 days at what point would your internal operating practices start threatening action and/or punitive interest? Perhaps I should outsource collection my debt to a recovery company as no doubt you do?

@Liquorland So you cancel my order based on your mistake and you require me to take time out of my work day to contact you to ensure you do the right thing? How about you just come out and commit to all refunds being processed today? If not why not?

@Liquorland It is now six days since ordering. You only advised of failing to honour my order (on one of the two I made and not both) on Saturday and have provided no timeframe for the return of my money. Give it back now. I require a specific date as ‘in the coming days’ is not good enough.

@BMcworry @Liquorland Seems that way doesn't it. Turned a social media opportunity into ash and alienated customers. Day 3 and still no beers, notification or refund. Clearly happy to take money but reluctant to give back or honor a contract! No real surprises given the track record of underpayment.

@Liquorland Lol you can’t even give people the curtesy of a non-pro forma response. You haven’t addressed any points I’ve raised around misrepresenting the vic zero floor alcohol pricing. ‘Coming days’ is not a definitive date for a refund. People should go to Dans based on this. Disgraceful
