I marvel at how the world has changed. A helpful example? A young colleague had not heard about pair programming, so she simply thanked for the micro mob session. Micro mob. Think about that. Then consider how odd pairing used to sound.

Every one of these breaks my heart. The autistic suicide rate is almost an order magnitude greater than the neurotypical suicide rate, and that's with MASSIVE under-diagnosis. Undx'd Autistic kids are some of the strongest people on earth and think they're weak failures.
