@KeralaTourism I have been trying to buy tickets for the Nehru Cup Boat Race scheduled for 22 August but to no avail. My staff has made two trips to Alleppey and was told “come after 15 August!”. How do I plan my trip - book flight, hotel?

@gupta_rekha Rekha ji, we are a society of SDA Flats - Mall Apartments-Gate 1. We have many senior citizens who have been waiting for last 7 years for an open gym in our park. Despite numerous promises nothing has materialised. Requesting for your kind intervention 🙏

@gupta_rekha Ma’am, we need a law to give teeth to regulate Housing Societies and RWAs in Delhi, allow them to fix and enforce collection of monthly dues, for their proper governance and to become financially resilient. This will go a long way in reducing the burden on MCD.

@abhisheksomany Dear Sir, I am a long standing customer of Somany tiles. As a first, I installed Somany Accent pneumatic flushes at my home. They have been giving problems from day 1 and the engineer who visited from your company had no solution to offer. What is the way forward?

@udaykotak Dear Sir, this is the mandatory consent Kotak Life wants the proposer to sign to buy an insurance policy. Do you think the wordings “protect” the policyholder’s interest in any way? Are the wordings fair?

@MCD_Delhi This is the sad and deplorable state of the pushta road adjoining All India Radio and Mall Apartments. People are dumping garbage and malba and there is no cleanup or preventive measures undertaken

@bsesdelhi We had uploaded the title documents with the self attestation on the first page. We have now been asked to get the self-attestation done on each and every page of the sale deed. What century are we living in? Can you tell us where on your website is this requirement cited?

@bsesdelhi A customer’s name change request is being rejected because she does not have an Aadhaar card. She is NRI so cannot have an Aadhaar card. She has furnished her PAN Card but that’s not considered good enough. Please help!

@reliancegroup A simple thing like name change upon purchase of a property becomes a humongous exercise making the person run from pillar to post. BSES Yamuna reminds me of the decades old sarkaari office where babus sit only to say “no”. The price we consumers pay for monopoly.
