@Travel_Up @AirCanada flights cancelled but travel up you are not liaising with air Canada to fix the issue. All day we have called, the last time Sheraz was on the phone to the airline right that moment. But no email to confirm? What’s happening? Flight was meant to be Saturday

@IKEAUK Hi, in your Croydon store I saw Grimo sliding doors; however, when I look to order online, they aren’t an option (but are in other countries). Can you confirm if they are available to buy in the UK, even if I have to go to store.

@AldiUK Hi, ordered garden furniture from you last week and the delivery has been handed to xdp delivery partner. We’ve not had any update and it was originally meant to be delivered on 20/5/22. Can you please advise where it is? Money taken but can’t get hold of anyone to track

@AirFranceUK @AirFranceUK please can you verify whether we need a PCR, the website link says we don’t; however, the ready to fly portal can’t verify our documents because it’s asking for proof of a fit to fly PCR test

@AirFranceUK Thank-you, I have checked this- although the ready to fly portal still requires a PCR but that page you have sent gives no indication of needing it. Please could you confirm we don’t as we have had conflicting information

@AirFranceUK hi! Due to fly london to Bangkok via Paris on Saturday. Thailand no longer require pre departure PCR tests; but we had an email from Air France saying please upload proof. Can we disregard this email? No contact number to call so hoping you can respond please

@DVLAgovuk Hi, no web chat available and no lines available to call, how do I get in touch, I’m trying to change my address and it doesn’t let me go any further and says to contact you… but for days it’s blocked due to high demand?

@adidasUK bought your terrex trailmaker shoes for my boyfriend last September and they haven’t lasted the winter, already have a hole in! Little disappointed, it’s only small but meant to be waterproof/ resistant

@HelloFreshUK Hi little disappointed with tonight’s box! Vinegar instead of honey and a too far gone pomegranate! Usually you guys are so good 😢

Taking my daily exercise allowance outside, I came across a very wiggly lizard’s tail! I didn’t see the lizard it belonged to! Lizards can drop their tails as a defence mechanism giving them a chance to escape. Nature is wonderful! @BBCSpringwatch @Natures_Voice @WildlifeTrusts

@Hermesparcels a parcel was meant to be delivered on Saturday wasn’t, it went back to the depot without attempt. Then it has supposedly been delivered yesterday, but it hasn’t. I contacted you yesterday and I was told someone would be in touch within 28 hours- nobody has! Awful!

@Hermesparcels someone has got in contact to tell me it’s been resolved at 3am. It hasn’t, I still don’t have my parcel. You need to sort out your service + tell me where my parcel has supposedly been delivered. @ZARA_Care you need to support customers and change couriers

@SW_Help Hi, can you please advise how reduced the service is to Honiton over the weekend. Have a wedding to go to and don't want to be late! Can't find much information on what reduced means?
