I’m in Frenchtown, NJ for Easter. There’s this restaurant called National Hotel that has quite possibly the best Japanese food I’ve had and beats anything I’ve had in NYC. The miso soup and sushi were outrageously good. Everyone that works here is straight from Japan. It’s 5*
